Took 5 calls to get in touch with the salesman. Found oil leaks, broken upper engine mount and later warped brake rotors on the used car. None of these items were listed on the data sheet. Salesman, manager and service manager argued that these were not really leak or broken parts. Would not talk about reducing the price. Lousy salesmanship. Would not recommend.

Where do we even begin?!?! We were led to Les Mack by my father in law, who had been looking for a new truck for around 6 months. He had gone to a large majority of dealerships, and was not happy with either the truck, the service, or both. We had some issues with our old vehicle, and the service department at Les Mack Ford was absolutely great in working to make things right. They did all the maintenance and repairs from the time the vehicle was new, and always did it in a polite and professional manner.
When it came time to purchase a new vehicle, we knew we would be given a fair trade in value for our old SUV.

We had been looking to replace our SUV that was ten years old for over six months. Gary was very personable and he got back to me quickly if I texted him with questions. He took time to thoroughly explain all the technical options that came with my 2016 MKX. Gary went out of his way to find me the perfect Edge within my price range. He communicated with me after hours just to answer any question I had or to do a quick vehicle search. He did not give up when my first choice just could not be an option. I was treated with respect and never felt pressured. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Les Mack in 5 years and both experiences were positive. I will continue to work with Les Mack in the future.

Gary did a great job explaining about each one we tested. He was very helpful telling us about the different rebates on each one and about the rebate for being a fireman. He answered all of our questions. He explained about the different packages you could get on the vehicle. Ben did a great job work to get our loan through the bank for us. Was very helpful on the financial end.
Had great experience with this dealer, i gave them a list of things that i needed in a car and they gave me a few options and gave me a great deal on one of them.
We were extremely happy with our experience at Les Mack. Gary went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and when we had an issue they made it right with us. This was our first auto purchase at another dealership out of our area and won't be our last!!!
We had a great experience at Les Mack. Honestly, it was the first dealership that we found ourselves able to relax and actually enjoy purchasing a vehicle. Wade Duncan was more than accommodating and very easy to work with. He was not pushy and did his best to provide the services we needed. We highly recommend anyone to specifically ask for Wade Duncan as you will not be disappointed. The service we experienced and the vehicle we now own are far better than what we expected.
I would give a negative STAR rating if possible. They are guilty of "Bait and Switch". But the attitude towards customer service is unforgiveable. I have not yet been able to determine if they really are THAT STUPID or they JUST DON"T CARE? I was an internet buyer, so perhaps their attitude is that I was probably a one time customer, so who cares! I purchased a slighty used 2015 Explorer Limited loaded with options including NAV system. Great experience at Les Mack located in Lancaster, Wisconsin. Dave helped my husband and I through the process of buying a new car. Very good price and everything we wanted. Our hometown dealerships did not even have a car we could try out-well worth the 75 mile drive.
Les Mack had the truck we were looking for at a price we could afford. Our salesman, Noah was very friendly, knowlegeable, and best of all very low pressure. We had a minor problem with the truck after the delivery that was taken care of right away by Les Mack's second to none customer service. We've had a very positive experience and will likely do business with them again.
Noah was extremely helpful and knew everything about my new Fusion. He spent alot of time with me, showing me the techy stuff and also the standard stuff. He worked hard with the finance dept to get me a great deal. I highly recommend Noah for a salesman (and I don't usually like car salesman!)
